⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE ⚠️
Before placing your Beatport promotion order, please carefully read the following:
By placing an order, you fully accept our terms of service.
1️⃣ No third-party promotion
No one should be promoting or auto-buying your track on Beatport. We are not responsible for unsafe promotion methods used by third parties that may result in bans or removal from charts.
2️⃣ Track status
Your track must NOT already be charted. If it is, you must contact us before placing an order.
3️⃣ Download requirements may vary
The number of downloads required to enter or climb charts can increase significantly depending on the period and genre. We are not responsible if higher-than-usual requirements prevent charting within the purchased package.
4️⃣ Exclusive releases (higher price tracks)
Tracks sold at higher price points (e.g. exclusives) require a bigger budget to chart. If the exclusive fee is not included in the order and paid upfront, results may be slower or insufficient for charting.
5️⃣ Budget limitations
Each promotion is based on a predefined budget. Once the allocated downloads are delivered, the campaign is considered completed, even if the track has not reached the desired chart position.
In some cases, we may deliver an increased amount of the typical number of downloads, but we cannot exceed this limit significantly.
6️⃣ Genre changes
If the genre of the track is changed by you, your distributor, or Beatport at any time (before or during the promotion), we cannot be held responsible for any impact on chart performance or failure to chart.
🚨 Possible outcomes:
Due to the factors above, the following may occur:
✅ The track may not reach the Top 100
✅ The track may chart lower than expected
✅ The track may take longer to climb
✅ The track may not chart at all
In all these cases, the service is considered fulfilled once the agreed downloads have been delivered.
⏳ Delivery time
The maximum delivery time is 10 days after release date.
